Return Policy

1. Returns Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
  • Once approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. The Buyer is responsible in covering the return postage.
  • Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • All items must be in the condition that they were sent, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags & labels must be present.
  • Free from any scent (e.g. deodorant, fragrance, smoke).

 Refunds will not be processed for items returned that do not match the above criteria.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please use the contact form located on our website.
  • We will arrange a resolution, which may include: a replacement, exchange or returning the item.

4. Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, though times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. International Orders & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
  • If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes in your destination country and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued. 
  • If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs/postal services due to unpaid charges, no refund will be issued.

6. Parcels That Don't Arrive

  • Tracked Delivery: All orders are sent using tracked services, and a tracking number is provided once dispatched.
  • Lost Parcels: In the unlikely event a parcel is lost, refunds will only be issued once Royal Mail confirm the item as lost and reimburse the cost to us.
